Hi everyone. I want to ask if I should go get evaluated for OCD, since according to a few angry comments it appears that I could have it.

No one is angry with you at all. We all know each others story here. Weird Kid does not see you holding your sis tight,while feeling horny is sex play,and I agree. Sex play would have been OK too,but in your case,you just got horny.Most of your situation is extreme guilt and anxiety over not being in control,I believe.

Yes,you should get evaluated for a possible anxiety disorder. I think you judge your actions and need them to be different. Replaying the past,wishing to be different,is what unworthiness is. If you could just have done something different,then you wouldn't feel anxious.
