I'm 18 now, but when I was about 13, I heard men got raped in prison. At the time, I also had an obsession with anal sex with females, for whatever reason, I took a Lincoln log toy and pretended I was receiving anal sex on a couple of occasions, the same year, I defecated on my bathroom floor to see it come out, and it sexually excited me. I also had weird fantasies of females defecating and it sexually excited me. I am not homosexual in any way, but I have had a fantasy of having anal sex with a male friend of mine because he had a female look to him. It's been bothering me because I know I'm not gay but if I told anyone about this, they would dub me gay. Even though I've never had sex with a man and have no emotional desire twords males at all. Please tell me what's wrong.

This is the kind of matter which needs a personal interview with a psychologist. There may not necessarily be anything wrong, but since you are so worried about this, you owe it to yourself to investigate the meaning of these thoughts and desires. Find someone you can talk to about it--a professional someone, I mean.

You can't help me at all? No diagnosis' or anything? I just started feeling guilty about these things a couple days ago. Now I can't eat, and my sex drive has disappeared. I don't know Wat to do.

Jamal-- This is not a question of diagnosis. Diagnosis, even if I had one, is not treatment. The treatment for your worries is not hanging a name on your interest in anal matters, but in sitting down with a wise, understanding, and non-judgmental human being who can help you to explore the possible meaning of this interest. You certainly are not the first one to have such an interest, and you owe it to yourself to get to the (excuse the pun) bottom of it.
As long as you resist seeking treatment, things will only become more difficult, no matter what anyone tells you in a Forum like this. Just do it, man!
