Were you able to solve your dilemma? Did I help you?

Anyways... Why exactly do you want it to get deleted?

is this the kid who was talking to me on my thread? i've been a little better...i still don't believe my behavior was normal, or healthy but i do not want it on this forum anymore, i understand if my request is undoable but i don't feel comfortable putting such sensitive material up on the internet... i suggest you all watch what you put up.

It could even be a fake story, and no one knows who are you.

Also... I really think you should at least consider what you did "might" be normal, and you should consider also that worrying over something that happened 6 years ago so much is not normal. I strongly believe the second fact is far more worrying... I am no professional but in this weird ride is all I can say.

You are a silent sufferer, just as I was for a month(It was hell) and still am, until I re-realize the things people in here and other places told me to keep going. It's a negative thought, but is all okay until I realize it's an obsessive thought more than something real.

I'm really better thanks to you :). I can actually live normally until I get home and start to think. I kind of try to be with people as much as possible to avoid being alone in my thoughts.

Read "Dr Robert: Medatation practices" thread.Read Dr roberts "how to view a freight train" metaphor on observing thoughts. It changed my life. It's not about trying to NOT feel terrible in the moment..it's about learning to let go of thoughts as they come. Note:Don't try to NOT look at thought,by trying to push them out.Observe them while letting them come and go freely.

Please read it and try it out. Then tell me what you think after a while of trying this. Love you friend. -Molly
